Are you a new teacher looking for a supportive school district that values professional growth and provides mentorship opportunities? Crook County School District is committed to supporting the success of our educators through our comprehensive teacher mentorship program.
At Crook County School District, we understand the importance of personalized support for new teachers. That’s why we offer a mentorship program where Beginning Teachers are paired with an experienced teacher mentor for the first two to three years of their careers.
Our team of teacher mentors consists of experienced educators who are passionate about supporting the next generation of teachers. Each Beginning Teacher is paired with a mentor who has been carefully hired based on their expertise, dedication, and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Our mentors provide guidance, encouragement, and practical advice to help new teachers succeed in the classroom and beyond.
