ParentVUE and StudentVUE Access

If you do not have a ParentVUE or StudentVUE account, please contact your child’s school for assistance. 

How do I login to ParentVUE or StudentVUE?
  1. Click on the ParentVUE or StudentVUE link.
  2. Sign in with your User Name and Password.
I forgot my User Name or Password for ParentVUE or StudentVUE.

Parents - I have never logged into ParentVUE, how do I do this?
  1. Contact your school’s office to get an activation code and the link to the Parent Account Activation site.
  2. Click on the link from the school to access ParentVUE.
  3. Select “I am a Parent” on the left side.
  4. Read the Privacy Statement and select “I Accept” if you agree.
  5. Enter your First Name and Last Name EXACTLY how they appear on your letter or how the school has your name on file.
    Enter your Activation key. Select “Continue to Step 3”.
  6. Create a User Name and Password. Your password can consist of numbers and letters and must be a minimum of 6 characters in length.  Confirm your password and enter your email address. Select “Complete Account Activation.”
    and automatically log into your account.
  7. Be sure to remember your User Name and Password.
If I have a ParentVue account from another district can I use the same account in this district?
No, you will have to create a new ParentVue account with this district; each ParentVue account is specific to their district.
Students - I have never logged into StudentVUE, how do I do this?
  1. Contact your school’s office to get an activation code and the link to the Student Account Activation site.
  2. Click on the link from the school to access StudentVUE.
  3. Select “I am a Student” on the left side.
  4. Read the Privacy Statement and select “I Accept” if you agree.

I don’t know my User Name or Password and I did not get an email.

We may have a different email in our system. Contact your student’s school office.

I never got around to activating my ParentVUE account last school year. Do I need a new activation code?

Yes, the codes had expiration dates, so you will need to visit the front office of your child’s school to obtain a new code.

Can two guardians have separate login information?

Yes, schools provide a separate ParentVUE activation code for each parent or guardian; therefore each parent’s login information is unique.

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password using the My Account tab in ParentVUE. Click the “I am a Parent” icon, once you see the login screen you may need to select “More Options” to see the “Forgot Password” icon. After selecting this icon enter the email address that is associated with your ParentVue account and the “Send Email” button. If you don’t remember the email associated with the ParentVue account please contact your school secretary.

My electronic signature isn't working, what should I do?
Enter your first and last name in the electronic signature line exactly how they are shown on the ParentVUE page in the upper right hand corner.
I'm having trouble submitting my student's registration, what do I do?
  1. Make sure all of the modules have been completed. Completed modules have a green check mark next to them.
  2. After you have reviewed the green check marks, please click the green submit button to complete the registration.
  3. Once your registration has been submitted you will receive an email from the district.
