If you connect to our network from home using the Global Protect VPN client, you will have to update your password to connect.
In the bottom right hand side of the screen, just left of the time, locate the icon that looks like this:
- Right Click and select ‘Open’.
- Select ‘View’ and ‘Show Panel’.
- Select Settings.
- Change the password to your new password and click ‘Apply’.
- You can test if this worked by clicking the File menu and selecting ‘Connect’. It will think for a while and the Status will change from Not Connected to Connected, or if it does not work, it will provide an error as to why it did not work. At that juncture contact us and we will help fix it.
